Description

Allows a Assigner to simply review a list or Assignments, select some or all and conveniently assign them

A user to be identified with an assigner or worker role

Scope

To quickly approve a batch of Assignments

· An Assignment List Result grid to be populated
A user to be identified with an assigner role

Success End Conditions

· Multiple Assignments get status changes to assigned by the assigner selecting from a worker drop down list

Failure End Conditions

· Multiple Assignment assign fails

· Unauthorized user should not see quick assignment section

Assigner hits Assign button (Edit button)
Assigner pulls down a worker drop down in the grid.

System sets the grid into edit mode so that a worker can be selected from a drop down list of workers in the proper department.

Assigner hits Update button

After changes are made to the worker related to the Assignment, the system updates the status of the assignment to Assigned. System will notify Worker that their Assignment is now Assigned from the specified Assigner.

Assigner hits Cancel button

System will update the selected Assignments by generating a Status of Cancelled. System will notify Worker that their Assignment has been Cancelled from the specified Assigner.
