Worker adds a new work time record entering his time in hours spent on a particular assignment. The user has the option of entering in the hours or the date if the assignment will last for several days. The worker should be aware of what type of hours can be entered.

System stores the new time added. The system will also bubble these hours up to the request level for reporting purposes. The system can track capitalized, actual, and billable hours separately for accounting purposes and for future estimate determinations.
