The Web Pages will all have a menu above them that will allow users to navigate about the Work Request website.  

The menu was prototyped to have a menu item for to Create a New Request, Create a New Assignment, Search or List Requests, Search or List Assignments.

Each page is designed so that they may be presented and printed from the browser (specifically IE5+).

Each page has the ability to show and hide certain sections that may not need to be printed, including such information that is not relevant to a particular report, but are important to data entry and searching.

The menu will also contain an area for the user to login and logout of the application.  This login information will be used to manage what abilities the user may perform in the Work Request system.  The user information will further help focus the system to help it determine additional info about that user, such as location, department, approving supervisor, machine, and division.
