To display and manage comments related to a Request.

A Request page must exist

Scope

Display a list of comments related to the Request

Allow additional comments to be added

Primary Actors

· Requester, Worker, Assigner, Approver

Secondary Actors

· Administrator

Pre Conditions

· A Request must exist in the database

· A sufficient role must be available to add additional comments

Success End Conditions

· Comments are displayed that are related to the Request

Failure End Conditions

· Incorrect Request comments are displayed

User Navigates to the page

System displays a grid of comments related to the particular Request sorted Descending by Comment date. The comment list should include the Comment, the Person who made the comment, and the date the comment was made.

User adds a comment

A new comment should appear in the grid of comments

No user should be able to modify or delete comments except administrators. Any modifications should be in a new comment.

System should save this privilege for administrators
