We need to create a task list program to track the following information:

• Task List
  • Task ID
  • Who is responsible for the task
  • When to perform task
  • What is the task
  • Where is the task to be performed
  • How is the task to be performed
    • Instructions

• Task Accomplished Log
  • Task ID
  • Who performed
  • Calculate when the task is completed
  • Action take to complete task
    • Resolution of task action

Future versions may tie into automated applications which perform the tasks programmatically
