Based on the meeting from Tuesday, these are items which we will need joint
participation.

1. I am putting together an excel worksheet where we can document and track
   requests for change or improvements to the FulfillPro application. I will
   make this available for everyone who needs to add information to the
   worksheet.
2. Someone from Operations will be putting together a terms sheet for us to use
   so we will all be speaking the same language.
3. Someone will be creating scripts that we can add to the pages. I'm assuming
   that Arden may also be involved in this.
4. Manny has already got the screen shots available, so that is done. He has
   requested that everyone help in showing us what and where things need to be
   changed or added.

Josh Hart is going to be the main customer rep contact for us. Manny sat
with Josh for some time Wednesday. Someone tell Josh, he is doing a great
job.
